As hoped for season 2006 has been very good for FEI. We have been able to, not only, extend our customer-base (hence countries of destinations as well) but also, increase the amount of "Direct - To - Shop" container. I believe this success stems from our wide variety of items and materials that we allow the customers to mix in each individual container.
More and more shops and garden centers aree starting to use the special "attractive" service and understanding the "money-saving" opportunities. The benefits of using the "Direct - To -Shop" container are to decrease (or even avoid) the high cost of warehousing, trucking and handling fees in country of destination, therefore generationg more profits !
Many of our presented ranges, over the past seasons, have been very successful. Our bestsellers last season were (in no particular order) - Mosaic Furniture, Dark Clay, Handicraft, Terrazzo/Cement, Garden Furniture, Outdoor Pottery, Zinc and terracotta Pottery. These ranges will remain our core products; we only extend the variety, as you will see in catalogue 2007. There have also been some additional items such as smoked pottery, pebbles/stones, big planters (with XXXL sizes), Iron and some other materials.
On the other hand, some lines did not go very well (due to competition from other countries or simply prices too high) and we will be omitting them from our range for this season. The ranges that you will not find anymore in Catalogue 2007 are Lacquer wares, Bamboo, Aluminum and Wood and the Sandblasted Planters. These products will still be availbale, but we will not extend them; as these have lacked the interest thruoghout. Polyester is still undecided, but we have added a few new shapes into the range, together with Poly Stone a "new product" from Vietnam.
Quality, Packing, Bar-coding, Labeling and Pricing will remain our main focus. We want to grow together with the customer and build better partnerships to be able to extend our market shares. Our main goal, which remains the same as previous years to generate 100% customer satisfaction! in this respect, please give us your comments and feedback, to be able to reach this goal.
